For organizations looking for custom AI tools. The flow is simple: Step 1 is a paid Solution Recommendation that defines what should be built and how. Step 2 is choosing one of four paths — your team builds with me alongside at one of three intensities, or, if you don't have an internal team, I build for you. “I Teach. You Keep.” works best when your team is the one building.
Solution Recommendation
A free intro call, a structured discovery working session, and a written recommendation: which tool(s) to build, scope, timeline, fixed build price, and which Step 2 path makes the most sense for your team.
You own the recommendation document whether you proceed to Step 2 or not. 1–2 weeks.
Choose a Path Forward
Your Solution Recommendation explicitly tells you which path fits your team. Pick one:
Option 1 — Embedded Technical Advisory
I work alongside your team during their build. The most intensive of the three advisory tiers — for teams building meaningfully and wanting me close to the keyboard.
- Weekly 60-minute working session (screen-share, hands-on) — replaces Standard's 30-min sync
- All other Standard components carry over (async, 4 reviews/mo, architecture guidance)
- Two office-hours slots per week your team can drop into
- Same-day response (business hours) for production-blocking issues
- One half-day deep-dive per quarter
- 3-month minimum, then month-to-month
Option 2 — Standard Technical Advisory
I'm your team's sounding board while they build. Medium intensity — structured but not embedded.
- Weekly 30-minute sync, recurring and scheduled
- Async Slack/email between syncs (1–2 business day response)
- Up to 4 code/prompt/architecture reviews per month, on request
- Architecture guidance for new features your team is building
- 3-month minimum, then month-to-month
Option 3 — Quarterly Tune-Up
Light-touch quarterly engagement. For experienced teams that want occasional formal check-ins.
- One half-day per quarter: prompt updates, build review, recommendations for the next quarter
- Async Slack/email response within a week between sessions
- No minimum commitment — buy a quarter at a time

When you don't have an internal team to build the tools themselves, I develop one or more AI-enabled tools tailored to your workflows, then deliver them for your team to run on your infrastructure. 2–6 weeks.
Included in the build price:
- AI-enabled tool(s) built to your exact specifications
- Full source code and complete ownership (no licensing fees, ever)
- README in your docs platform (Notion, Drive, Confluence — your choice)
- Source code and configuration delivered to your repo or shared drive

A recommended monthly spend cap was set as a safeguard, not as the expected bill. That's the level of cost discipline I bring to every engagement.

After the engagement ends:
You own everything. If you want continued support, the same three Technical Advisory tiers from Custom AI Tools are available — Quarterly Tune-Up, Standard, or Embedded. None is assumed or auto-renewed.

How do I choose between the four paths?
Start with a free intro call. In 30 minutes I can usually tell which path fits — Coaching for individual leader skills, Workshops for whole-team upskilling, Custom AI Tools for a specific operational problem, or an Executive Intelligence Engagement for multi-source operational signal an exec team is missing. Many organizations end up combining two.
Why is the Custom AI Tools Solution Recommendation a paid step?
Because it produces a real deliverable: a written recommendation specifying the tool(s) to build, scope, timeline, fixed build price, and which Step 2 path (I build it, or one of three advisory tiers if your team builds) makes most sense for your team. You own that document whether you proceed to Step 2 or not — you can take it to another consultant, build it yourself, or revisit it later. The free intro call is still free; the paid step is where the substantive scoping work begins.

It's a 30-minute conversation about your organization, your challenges, and your goals. I'll help you understand which path makes the most sense. No pitch, no pressure, just clarity.
Do I really keep everything?
Yes, 100%. All knowledge, skills, tools, documentation, and materials are yours permanently. No licensing fees, no subscriptions, no ongoing consultant dependency. For Executive Intelligence Engagements and the optional Pillar 3 Client Portal add-on, hosting is included for 6 months post-engagement then transfers to your infrastructure.
What if I need ongoing help during or after the build?
Three Technical Advisory tiers are available, defined in Custom AI Tools: Quarterly Tune-Up ($2,500/quarter, no minimum), Standard Technical Advisory ($3,000/month, 3-month minimum), or Embedded Technical Advisory ($6,000/month, 3-month minimum). All fixed-price, no hourly tracking. In Custom AI Tools they're your alternative to "I build it" — your team builds, I advise at the intensity you pick. In Executive Intelligence engagements they're available as opt-in post-engagement support. None is assumed or auto-renewed — the default is "you own everything, you don't owe me anything."
How quickly can we start?
Free intro calls typically schedule within a few days. Coaching can begin within 1–2 weeks. Workshops schedule 2–3 weeks out depending on your team's availability. Custom Tools build kicks off within 2–3 weeks of the Solution Recommendation. Executive Intelligence Engagements typically begin within 3–4 weeks of the Discovery & Strategy report.
